Main purpose of the role: To fully support the EMEA Broker Compensation Accounting Manager in all aspects of Broker Compensation Accounting within the EMEA operations, ensuring all internal and external deadlines are met. The successful candidate will make a significant contribution to the ongoing development of the Compensation Accounting team while maintaining a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and control. Key responsibilities: Ensure the integrity of compensation-related P able to build effective relationships across teams. Strong attention to detail and a proactive, responsible approach. Supervisory experience beneficial. System knowledge: Advanced MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs, charts). Experience with Oracle General Ledger and Essbase preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Personal attributes: Professionally presented and confident in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Proactive, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
