  • Gather requirements from cross-functional stakeholders and translate business needs into clear product briefs, PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, rollout plans, and measurement plans.
  • Partner with engineering, platform, UX, SMEs, and external partners to move solutions from concept to pilot, from pilot to production, and from production to scaled adoption.
  • Define what belongs in an MVP versus future releases, ensuring early efforts prove adoption, business value, quality, and scalability before scope expands.

  • Monitor adoption metrics, operational impact, user feedback, risks, blockers, and enhancement opportunities after launch.
  • Create executive‑ready updates that clearly communicate progress, value, risks, dependencies, decisions needed, and next steps.

  • Strong understanding of AI/LLM capabilities, agentic workflows, governance requirements, product discovery, agile delivery, and change management.
  • Experience writing PRDs, roadmaps, business cases, MVP definitions, success metrics, rollout plans, and executive status updates.
  • Ability to evaluate AI use cases through a business‑value lens, including efficiency, quality, risk, adoption, revenue potential, and operational impact.

  • Helps the agency move fast while staying focused on adoption, quality, scalability, and commercial value.
