Position Overview
As a Business Operations Associate, you’ll play a vital role in supporting business operations and contributing to the success of strategic projects. As a key team member, you’ll actively participate in project planning, assist in business systems administration, and provide valuable support to our business operations team. Key Responsibilities
- Business Systems Administration and User Support
- Assist in maintaining and supporting business systems, including NetSuite, SuiteProjects Pro, and Salesforce.
- Provide first-line support to end-users, promptly addressing issues and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal functionality.
- Aid in developing and delivering user training programs and documentation for business systems applications.
- Contribute to the maintenance and creation of user guides and knowledge base articles specific to NetSuite, SuiteProjects Pro, Salesforce, and other applications.
- Business Operations Team Support
- Facilitate seamless onboarding for new users, managing account creation, access permissions, and system configurations.
- Conduct regular reviews of business data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
- Provide ad hoc support for various business operations tasks as needed, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the business processes.
- Project Management Support
- Contribute actively to business operations projects, engaging in project planning, documentation, and coordination.
- Maintain detailed project plans, meticulous progress reports, and thorough post-implementation reviews.
- Collaborate with business operations and IT teams to precisely define project objectives, scope, and requirements, fostering effective communication and coordination among diverse teams to ensure the successful completion of each project.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field.
