As General Manager, you'll take ownership of the hotel's performance, combining visible, hands-on leadership with the commercial focus to grow revenue and profitability. You will turn ideas into action, develop your people and build strong relationships across the local market.

We're looking for: A strong record of leadership and operational delivery within a branded hotel; IHG experience would be an advantage.
Commercial confidence, with a clear understanding of revenue, profitability and cost control.
