This senior leadership role is responsible for procurement, planning, inventory management, logistics, and supplier performance across BGA’s global network. The Head of Supply Chain will lead transformational improvements, enhance operational efficiency, strengthen supplier relationships, and support BGA’s continued growth in the automotive aftermarket.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the end-to-end supply chain strategy to support operational and commercial growth.
  • Oversee procurement, supplier management, and cost optimisation across global markets.
  • Manage demand planning, inventory, and material flow across the business.
  • Drive efficiency in logistics, warehousing, and international distribution.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and automotive industry standards.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
