Product Manager (Automotive Aftermarket)
The Product Manager will own the product strategy and lead the product team. The role focuses on achieving predefined KPIs through robust, forward‑looking plans that harness the team’s full capabilities. The successful candidate will drive the product vision, develop and manage strategy, and keep customer needs at the forefront while adapting to emerging trends.
Responsibilities
- Creation and ownership of the product strategy
- Managing key stakeholders and ensuring the product strategy is engaged with across the entire business
- Achieving profitable growth across product groups
- Implementing the go‑to‑market strategy—from strategic planning to tactical activities
- Managing commercial performance: analysing trends and identifying opportunities to increase revenues or margins
- Developing budgets, forecasts, metrics, and measures while monitoring and evaluating results
- Ensuring cross‑functional collaboration
- Defining and implementing the pricing strategy
- Developing a sustainable new‑to‑range plan using project‑management tools to meet targets
- Marketing the range and brand, keeping products front‑of‑mind for professional tradespeople
- Managing the entire product life cycle from cradle to grave and all intermediate steps
- Having an understanding of our customers—being customer‑focused and knowing what drives product decisions
Experience
- Automotive experience, ideally 2+ years
- Understanding of OE/Aftermarket cataloguing systems
- Product development/management experience advantageous

- Interest in problem‑solving and ability to synthesize data from multiple, sometimes contradictory, sources
- Results‑oriented, willing to go the extra mile
