Reporting to the Product Manager, the Administrator will be responsible for supporting the Commercial team in all aspects of their work. The Commercial Administrator will become the \”go-to person\” for all admin tasks, keeping themselves and the Commercial team up to date with all tasks and projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Building relationships with customers to generate new sales through gap analysis, price changes and new products/part numbers.
- Analysing pricing and making recommendations based on pre-approved guidelines.
- Conducting competitor analysis and implementing changes to improve our offer.
- Customer management and building deep, trusted relationships with key accounts.
- Assisting the Sales team with product queries – cross-referencing, pricing, bill of contents enquiries, sourcing and catalogue requests.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products, pricing, and industry trends.

Location: Swindon. Contract: Temporary (initially until February 2026, with potential for extension). Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (office-based).
