The predicted salary is between 28800 - 43200 Β£ per year.

Reporting to the Product Manager the Junior Product Manager will be responsible for contributing to the product strategy and all elements within the Commercial team. The achievement of predefined KPIs will be accomplished through the creation and continual review of robust and forward-looking plans that use the full skills and experience of the team. The Junior Product Manager will become the expert on the product, keeping themselves and the wider business up to date with market developments and changes within the business. Key Responsibilities will include: * Delivery of predefined KPIs * Owning the product strategy – from creation through to implementation * Implementing the go to market strategy – from strategic planning to tactical activities * Manage the commercial performance of the products, analysing trends and identifying opportunities to increase revenues or margins * Developing a sustainable new to range development plan – using project management tools to ensure new to range targets are met * Market the range and brand – keeping the products in the front of mind for all professional trades people * Managing the entire product life cycle from cradle to the grave and all steps in between * Range analysis – using competitor information, TecDoc, Autocat and car parc data * Have an understanding of our customers – they are why we exist, are you customer focused and do you understand what drives product through? * Assist Sales team with product queries – this will include cross referencing, pricing, bill of contents enquiries, sourcing and catalogue requests The overall goal of the role is to contribute to producing a range of products that hit the right place in the market to generate customer interest, increasing sales through our sales channels and sales team. You will need to be commercially focused with a good understanding of marketing strategy as well as profit and loss elements. This role would be ideal for a recent graduate or an individual with automotive parts experience.
