We are looking for a creative and motivated Graphic Designer to join our in-house marketing team in Swindon. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves design but also wants to get involved in wider marketing activities from product launches and international campaigns to events and social media promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and develop designs for digital and print, including brochures, flyers, adverts, packaging, exhibition stands, and web content.
  • Work on social media campaigns, creating visuals and short animations to support brand and product promotions.
  • Assist with event and exhibition materials, including signage, banners, and on-site branding.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop global campaigns and product launch assets.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all communications, ensuring alignment with BGA’s visual identity.
  • Support in-house photography, video editing, and creative content production when required.
  • Contribute creative ideas to enhance engagement and brand recognition.

Skills:

  • Fully proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Premiere Pro or After Effects is a bonus).
  • Strong creative and conceptual design skills with great attention to detail.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to get involved in a variety of projects.
  • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects at once.
  • A passion for design and interest in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus.
