Key Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance product designs, including creating process FMEAs.
- Conduct visual and physical inspections of samples and stock.
- Prepare detailed product inspection reports.
- Approve or reject factory results based on evaluations.
- Manage and use on‑site measuring equipment.
- Provide technical support to other departments and customers.
- Assist the Warranty department with failure diagnosis.
