- Manage and develop video producers and junior team members, while overseeing freelance videographers to ensure the right capability is in place across projects.
- Translate briefs into strong creative treatments, production plans, pitches and commercially viable ideas that support client and organisational objectives.
- Work collaboratively across BFBS Creative’s wider offer, including strategy, research and insight, and evaluation, to create content that supports audience engagement, marketing outcomes and meaningful change.
- Help identify opportunities to grow Creative’s services through strong client relationships, excellent instincts and a clear understanding of the value of great content.
What you’ll bring:
- Significant experience producing high-quality digital video content, including in complex, fast-paced or high-pressure environments.
- Proven ability as a self-shooting Producer/Director, with strong technical skills across camera, lighting, sound and post-production tools including Adobe Creative Cloud.
- A strong track record of leading productions and developing others, with the confidence to mentor a team and maintain high editorial, visual and technical standards.
- Excellent storytelling instincts, sound editorial judgement and the ability to create audience-focused content that aligns with strategic, marketing and commercial goals.
