BFBS TV is an unrivalled mix of current UK entertainment and top-flight sport specially compiled for British Forces communities posted overseas. We work with major broadcasters, platform operators and rights owners at national and global level to deliver a unique service across on land and at sea.

Reporting to the Rights and Acquisitions Manager, we are looking for an experienced Programme Planner to cover a period of maternity leave in our scheduling team, working across our multiplatform output of satellite and OTT. You will have a strong interest and extensive knowledge of current TV content and trends across linear and streaming, as well as an understanding of rights and acquisitions deals, to assist in our overall content strategy.

We are a small team, so you will be organised and reactive to the ever‑changing TV content landscape, which is a fast‑paced environment. Therefore, you will be a confident communicator and collaborator, working to tight deadlines to implement schedules, export metadata, alongside coordinating publicity, all with an excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

The role is based at our Buckinghamshire HQ, full‑time Monday to Friday with a business requirement to be in the office 2‑3 times a week, as part of our approach to hybrid working.
