We are recruiting for a Lead On-Air Coordinator to join our accomplished and dedicated team delivering multiple TV channels and services to British Forces communities posted overseas.
A new role supporting the Content Delivery Editor, you’ll lead a small team who create and deliver accurate, transmission-ready broadcast schedules across satellite and OTT platforms. Also managing the workflow and production of promotional assets, you’ll ensure all on-air elements are issued to playout on time, to a high standard, and fully compliant with our editorial as well as our rights and regulatory requirements.
This is a varied, hands‑on role where you’ll oversee daily operations, contribute to multiplatform promotional strategies and editorial planning, and maintain the quality and visual appeal of our broadcast output. You’ll also act as a key department and wider business point of contact for editorial and transmission, confidently managing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
We’re looking for a proactive and organised team leader with strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of broadcast workflows, and above all a passion for delivering outstanding viewer experiences.
The role is based at our Buckinghamshire HQ, full time Monday to Friday covering core operational hours, with a business requirement to be in the office 2-3 times week as part of our collaborative approach to hybrid working. We're offering an initial 12-month fixed term contract, and the vacancy may close early if we receive sufficient applications.
