BFB Labs provides award-winning and innovative digital therapy for a new generation. We do this by combining proven therapeutic approaches, immersive experiences and data. We help young people build lifelong skills to self-manage their mental health through non-stigmatising, highly engaging and evidence-based digital therapeutic interventions that also provide real-time demographic, engagement and health outcomes data.

The Role

We are looking for a mission-driven individual with experience in nurturing excellent relationships, converting opportunities, stakeholder management, negotiating contracts, and successfully instigating service transformation within the public or private sectors, ideally related to youth mental health and wellbeing. You are keen to be part of an agile, values-based organisation with an established track record in innovation and improvement, that is forging a new way for young people to access timely and effective mental health support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture collaborative relationships and partnerships with potential clients.
  • Deliver on our organisational objectives to grow and develop our footprint and service offerings.
  • Cultivate potential opportunities through market engagement, outreach, and networking at relevant sector events.
  • Negotiate contracts and develop new service offerings or pathways, building business cases for investment.
  • Pitch to potential new clients, both virtually and in person as required.
  • Expand existing and new business pipelines.
  • Provide reports, insights, and analysis to the leadership team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our digital therapeutics and their respective sectors.
  • Collaborate with team members to inform service delivery and product improvement.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Experienced in securing, commissioning and/or managing contracts within the public and private sector (particularly in the areas of health and social care, employability, private health, or employee wellbeing).
  • Clear and confident communicator.
  • Proactive self-starter with professional curiosity and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Purpose-driven and passionate about improving health and wellbeing.
  • Confident with data analysis, interpretation and presentation.
  • Experience of working in small organisations with lean teams.
  • Has existing client relationships or links in the North of England.

  • Salary dependent on experience (includes London weighting allowance).
