The role involves leading on the clinical robustness of our digital therapeutic interventions, ensuring that we maintain the 'human' aspect as we scale. You will be the voice of the user and the guardian of clinical integrity.

Responsibilities:
  • Vet every new advancement to ensure it’s clinically sound, ethical, and safe.
  • Provide guidance to different teams on best practices.
  • Help build interventions with rigorous safeguarding and risk-protocol design.
  • Define what real benefit looks like in a digital context and help prove our impact.
  • Act as the clinical voice for all discussions.
What we’re looking for:
  • You’re a registered clinician (HCPC) with experience working with people seeking support.
  • NHS experience is preferred.
  • You’re frustrated with the status quo of mental health care and want to use technology to improve it.
  • You’re comfortable with the challenges of a social enterprise.
