Junior Graphic Designer (full or part time, office based)

We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is responsible for creating new and editing existing digital & physical marketing assets that drive engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative background, a deep understanding of designing for digital and print, and excellent communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Create compelling content and marketing assets, including design, copy and graphics that resonate with our target audience.
• Develop engaging digital content for our social media channels to increase engagement and grow our online community.
• Manage our existing asset library and ensure all assets are kept up to date.
• Create and order physical print assets for our customers
• Design white papers, reports and other digital assets
• Newsletter design

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor\’s degree in Graphic Design, Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1+ years) in Graphic Design or Digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of creative assets.
• Proficient in Adobe suite design software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Meta, Square Space).
• Strong understanding of design principles for print & design.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Salary and benefits

• Hours: Full or part time
• Full Time Salary: £26,000 – £28,000 gross salary per annum (pro-rated for part time hours)
• Holidays: 28 days annual leave (pro-rated for part time hours)
• Contract: Full or part time, permanent
