Job Description
BFB Labs provides digital therapeutics for better youth mental health and is revolutionising the way children access and engage with therapeutic support. Our products fuse evidence-based therapeutic approaches with immersive and responsible gaming making them highly engaging, scientifically robust and cost-effective.
Role Summary
We are seeking a Design & Marketing Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, executing, and managing internal and customer-facing design and marketing activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong creative background.
Responsibilities
- CONTENT DESIGN:
Design compelling content and marketing assets, including design, copy, and graphics that resonate with our target audience. - SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT:
Develop and implement social media strategies that increase engagement and grow our online community.
Monitor and manage social media channels, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. - ANALYTICS AND REPORTING:
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to track performance and make data-driven optimisations. - STAY UPDATED WITH INDUSTRY TRENDS:
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices.
Continuously innovate and propose new ideas to improve our design & marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a strong portfolio of creative assets. - TECHNICAL SKILLS:
Proficient in design tools and platforms.
Strong content creation skills, including graphic design.
Experience with analytics tools and reporting. - SOFT SKILLS:
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Salary and benefits
- Hours: Full or part-time
- Salary: £26,000 – £32,000 gross salary per annum (prorated for part-time hours)
- Holidays: 28 days annual leave (prorated for part-time hours)
- Contract: Full or part-time, permanent
