The role involves leading on the clinical robustness of our digital therapeutic interventions, ensuring that we deliver value to children, families, and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that as we scale, we maintain the "human" aspect in our technology.
  • Vet every new advancement to ensure it’s clinically sound, ethical, and safe.
  • Provide guidance to different teams on best practices.
  • Help build interventions for those who need them most, focusing on safeguarding and risk-protocol design.
  • Define what real benefit looks like in a digital context and help prove our impact.
  • Act as the clinical voice for all discussions.
What we’re looking for:
  • You’re a registered clinician (HCPC) with experience working with people seeking support.
  • NHS experience is preferred.
  • You’re frustrated with the status quo of mental health care and want to use technology to improve it.
  • You’re comfortable with the challenges of a social enterprise.
