Beyonk Group is on a mission to help experience and attraction businesses grow faster and smarter. As a full-scale growth partner, we combine industry-leading booking and ticketing software with powerful marketing services and data-driven insights - helping attractions and experience providers operate efficiently, reach more visitors, and maximise revenue. Our technology makes it simple for customers to book directly through our partners’ websites while giving operators the tools, integrations, and automation they need to manage and scale their business. Through our marketing services, we help leading destinations - from family attractions to major farm experiences - reach millions of new visitors every year. We’re growing fast, welcoming thousands of customers a day to incredible experiences, and expanding across the UK and US. We work partly remotely and partly from our London office (2 days a week), in a fast-paced, collaborative, and ambitious environment. It’s an exciting time to join Beyonk Group, grow with us, and shape the future of how the world experiences the world.
We’re looking for a hands-on Technical SEO & Web Specialist to own technical SEO, web management, and organic search performance at Beyonk. This is an in-house B2B specialist role for someone who is equally comfortable improving rankings and pipeline, making changes directly in Wordpress, and owning day-to-day website performance. You’ll work closely with the GTM Lead, with real autonomy to implement improvements yourself. This role is best suited to someone strong in technical SEO fundamentals first, but also aware of how search is evolving through AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, and broader AIEO / GEO trends. We also want someone who actively uses automation tools to move faster, improve output, and make repeatable processes more efficient.
What You'll Do
- You’ll own the technical SEO and website side of our growth engine, with responsibility for improving organic pipeline/revenue, rankings/traffic, and lead quality.
Your Work Will Include
- Owning and executing technical SEO and Wordpress web management
- Improving site speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall website performance
- Designing and maintaining site architecture, internal linking, and page structures that maximise crawl equity and support programmatic SEO performance
- Managing schema markup, initially focused on review stars / SERP rich results
- Managing hreflang implementation across UK/US sites
- Owning SEO QA for website changes and releases
- Creating SEO briefs across landing pages, solution pages, industry pages, comparison pages, case studies, and blog content
- Leading journey tracking into HubSpot and reporting on attribution, ROI, and search performance
- Running Google Ads as a secondary part of the role
- Staying on top of changes in AIEO / GEO, while keeping strong SEO fundamentals at the core
Your Experience
- 2+ years’ in-house technical SEO experience
- Strong B2B SEO experience is essential with software being a bonus
- Experience targeting low-volume, high-intent, competitive keywords
- Extensive experience with web management in Wordpress, and Cornerstone/Elementor or similar
- Experience improving site speed, site structure, internal linking, and technical site health
- Comfortable owning the website with high autonomy and no major technical support
- Strong commercial mindset, with focus on pipeline and revenue from organic
- Able to balance hands-on execution with reporting, prioritisation, and problem-solving
- Proactive in using AI and automation tools to improve output and efficiency
- Expertise with tools including Google Search Console, GA4, GTM, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and AI-driven SERP monitoring tools.
Why Beyonk?
Join us at the early stages of an exciting new chapter for Beyonk Group. We’re growing fast - expanding across the UK and US, acquiring new businesses, and evolving from a startup into an established company with high energy, high ambition, and high fun. What we’re building matters. Every contribution helps families plan days out, connects people with local experiences, and supports attractions and small businesses that bring communities to life. You’ll see the impact of your work every day - in the tickets sold, and the photos and reviews shared by visitors enjoying experiences at our clients’ sites. We’re a lean team where every role matters and every voice counts. You’ll help shape key goals with the freedom, trust, and support to make things happen. Roles here aren’t rigid - you’ll take on projects beyond your title, learn as you go, and see the tangible results of your work. The people who thrive at Beyonk love that autonomy and breadth; they enjoy figuring things out, wearing different hats, and building things that last. And while we take the work seriously, we have fun doing it. Our London office is guarded by a life-sized alpaca named Elsa, there’s a steady flow of sweet treats, and the occasional questionable costume for “content purposes” (spot our Marketing Manager dressed as a pumpkin in one of our case studies). One of our CS team once said her “cup is always full” when she’s in the office- and, although she hates us bringing it up, it’s true. It’s hard not to feel that way when you work with smart, kind people who care deeply about doing great work together and celebrating the wins.
Beyonk Group is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome every background and perspective, knowing that our differences make us stronger, more creative, and better at what we do.
