Beyonk Group is on a mission to help experience and attraction businesses grow faster and smarter.

As a full‐scale growth partner, we combine industry‐leading booking and ticketing software with powerful marketing services and data‐driven insights – helping attractions and experience providers operate efficiently, reach more visitors, and maximise revenue. Our technology makes it simple for customers to book directly through our partners' websites while giving operators the tools, integrations, and automation they need to manage and scale their business. Through our marketing services, we help leading destinations – from family attractions to major farm experiences – reach millions of new visitors every year. We work partly remotely and partly from our London office, in a fast‐paced, collaborative, and ambitious environment.

The Opportunity: Beyonk is expanding its marketing services arm to help visitor attractions grow through smarter marketing and seamless ticketing. This is an opportunity to join a small, fast‐moving team that works directly with attractions across the UK – from farm parks and Christmas events to light shows and historic houses. You'll take ownership of client campaigns, supported by specialists in paid media, content, and design, and play a key role in shaping how we help attractions drive visitors and revenue.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage marketing campaigns for a portfolio of UK visitor attractions and seasonal events
  • Act as the main client contact, owning communication, strategy, and performance reporting
  • Plan, run, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta and other platforms
  • Coordinate creative and web deliverables with design, content, and development teams
  • Analyse results and make data‐led recommendations to improve ROI
  • Produce or review creative assets (social ads, visuals, email graphics)
  • Lead onboarding for new clients, setting up campaigns and defining goals
  • Monitor weekly performance (ticket sales, ROAS, traffic) and adjust campaigns accordingly

Your Experience:

  • 2+ years' marketing experience in the visitor attraction, events or similar sector
  • Experience running paid campaigns (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Snapchat)
  • Confident building client relationships and presenting results
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Good visual judgement and ability to create simple assets in Canva (Photoshop/Illustrator a plus)
  • Analytical mindset – confident interpreting ad performance and web data
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Familiar with tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and project management tools (e.g. Asana, Slack, Notion)

About You:

You're equal parts strategist, project manager, and performance marketer. You know how to turn marketing plans into measurable growth, stay organised across multiple clients, and keep communication clear and proactive. You have an eye for creative detail, a head for numbers, and you enjoy the pace of managing multiple campaigns at once.

Why Beyonk?

Join us at the early stages of an exciting new chapter for Beyonk Group. We're growing fast – expanding across the UK and US, acquiring new businesses, and evolving from a startup into an established company with high energy, high ambition, and high fun. What we're building matters. Every contribution helps families plan days out, connects people with local experiences, and supports attractions and small businesses that bring communities to life. You'll see the impact of your work every day – in the tickets sold, and the photos and reviews shared by visitors enjoying experiences at our clients' sites.

We're a lean team where every role matters and every voice counts. You'll help shape key goals with the freedom, trust, and support to make things happen. Roles here aren't rigid – you'll take on projects beyond your title, learn as you go, and see the tangible results of your work. The people who thrive at Beyonk love that autonomy and breadth; they enjoy figuring things out, wearing different hats, and building things that last.

And while we take the work seriously, we have fun doing it. Our London office is guarded by a life‐size alpaca named Elsa, there's a steady flow of sweet treats, and the occasional questionable costume for "content purposes". One of our CS team once said her "cup is always full" when she's in the office – and, although she hates us bringing it up, it's true. It's hard not to feel that way when you work with smart, kind people who care deeply about doing great work together and celebrating the wins.
