Beyonk Group is seeking a hands-on Recruitment Lead to own the hiring engine building for the UK and US markets.

You’ll run live roles end to end, design ATS processes and scorecards, and collaborate with hiring managers across borders.

Based in London with 2 days a week in the office, you’ll shape the candidate experience, attract passive talent, and use AI and Notion to improve conversion.
