The Role
As a Software Development Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in developing our Endpoint Privilege Management Solution for Windows. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for designing, developing, delivering, and maintaining the solution using cuttingâedge technologies. This is an exceptional opportunity for you to be involved in a rapidly evolving and leadingâedge domain.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain a highly performant and resilient customerâfacing client solution
- Contribute to the design of systems and provide technical input for projects with increasing complexity
- Review functional and technical requirements to identify gaps and limitations, propose simplifications, and communicate ideas effectively with crossâfunctional teams
- Be a barâraiser for delivering results and taking endâtoâend ownership individually and as part of a team
- Relentless pursuit of high quality by leveraging engineering best practices
- Able to make pragmatic decisions that put the customerâfirst; you understand that not all problems require new software solutions
- Assist junior members of the team
- Value continuous improvement, challenging the prevailing status quo

What You'll Bring
- Strong expertise in modern C++ (C++11 minimum)
- Understanding of unit testing concepts
- Good understanding of modern design patterns

- Experience with full lifecycle of development, including product release in an agile environment
- Experience working on an Agile team in a continuous integration and development environment
- Experience working with Windows APIs (bonus if related to Windows Security Architecture)
