Engagement Overview This is a handsâon, executionâoriented freelance engagement combining sales/business development with consulting support. You will help Beyondsoft originate and progress opportunities, especially involving Koreanâspeaking stakeholders, while also supporting core consulting artefacts (requirements, discovery notes, proposals, and governance documents).
You are expected to be comfortable presenting to clients. Not \âsupportâonly.\â You will be part of the pursuit engine.
Scope of Work and Key Deliverables A) Business Development (Primary) Build and maintain a qualified pipeline of Koreaâlinked opportunities aligned to Beyondsoft\âs lines of business (AI, Data, Cloud, Modernisation, Managed Services).
Execute outreach and meetingâsetting with target accounts and ecosystem partners (Korean/English).
Produce account briefs: org mapping, stakeholder map, current initiatives, partner landscape, and a clear pursuit plan.
Support proposal development: problem statement, value proposition, scope framing, assumptions, timeline, and \âwhy Beyondsoft\â positioning.
Maintain a simple, auditable CRMâstyle tracker (leads â qualified â proposal â negotiation â won/lost) with the following actions and owners.
B) Consulting / Delivery Support (Secondary) Support discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews; document business objectives, pain points, and currentâstate processes.
Produce structured deliverables: meeting notes, action logs, RAID logs (Risks/Assumptions/Issues/Dependencies), and weekly client status updates.
Translate business needs into clear requirements: BRDâlite, user journeys, process flows, and acceptance criteria drafts.
Coordinate internal handoffs to solution teams (architects,ŃŃ delivery, data/AI, cloud), ensuring clarity on scope and commercials.
Key Responsibilities 1) Prospecting, Outreach, and Pipeline Management Identify target accounts and buying centres in Koreaâlinked enterprises (and regional HQs).
Run outbound sequences (email/LinkedIn/calls), followâups, and meeting scheduling.
Qualify opportunities using a structured framework (e.g., budget, authority, need, timeline).
Keep pipeline reporting tight: stage, probability, blockers, and following best/action.
2) Partner and banca
Ecosystem Motion Support Support coâsell motions with technology partners when relevant (joint workshops, joint proposals, reference positioning).
Coordinate prep for partner/client meetings: agenda, preâreads, stakeholder objectives, and postâmeeting actions histories.
3) Proposal, SOW, and Deal Support Draft and refine proposal sections: executive summary, solution approach overview (nonâtechnical), scope boundaries, assumptions, risks, timeline, and commercials inputs.

4) Bilingual Client Communicationmission Act as a bridge between Koreanâspeaking stakeholders and APAC/global teams.

Required Qualifications 0â3 years of experience (or strong internships) in consulting, business analysis, sales operations, B2B BD, or PMO in a tech/services environment.
Korean and English fluency (spoken and written) with confidence, producing clientâready documentation.
