Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Industrial Psychology or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an in-house/agency technical recruiter in SEA regions.
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes, including phone screenings, interviews, and reference checks.
- Strong understanding of local and international employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
