BeyondMath is a pioneering startup, backed by top-tier VCs, on a mission to reshape the frontiers of engineering through Foundational AI models for Physics. We are replacing traditional, slow, and expensive simulation methods with AI that rivals accuracy at orders of magnitude higher speed. We are moving beyond the "generic AI" hype to solve the world’s hardest physical engineering challenges in automotive, aerospace, and energy.

The Role

You will be the founding member of our customer success and technical partnerships team, responsible for ensuring that BeyondMath’s technology delivers measurable, repeatable value for our enterprise customers. You will work directly with engineering leaders at global OEMs, F1 teams, and aerospace innovators to deploy and scale our generative physics platform. This is a hands-on, builder role. You will personally manage accounts, shape success criteria, oversee deployments, and design the frameworks that will later scale across dozens of customers.

Responsibilities

  • Lead key enterprise accounts from pilot through production deployment.
  • Work with engineering teams to define and measure technical success metrics.
  • Translate simulation and AI results into business and performance outcomes.
  • Collaborate with product and research to feed customer insights into roadmap decisions.
  • Develop processes, documentation, and playbooks for future customer success hires.
  • Build trusted relationships across engineering, R&D, and executive teams.

You Bring

  • 5+ years in technical account management, solutions engineering, or enterprise delivery.
  • Experience with simulation, CAE, AI, or engineering software.
  • Ability to converse fluently with engineers while maintaining a commercial mindset.
  • Strong communication and project-management skills.
  • A founder’s mentality: you are comfortable being the first, doing the work, and building the system.

Brush Up on Your Coding Skills

For a full-time software engineering role, it's crucial that we stay sharp with our coding abilities. Expect technical questions that might involve solving problems on the spot or discussing algorithms. Practise on platforms like LeetCode or HackerRank to get comfortable with the types of questions that often come up.

Know Your Tools and Frameworks
