The Role
Deliver high‑quality data and legislative support to existing customers, maintaining a high level of customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience. Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and supporting their packaging data and legislative obligations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop relationships with our packaging small producer compliance members, providing proactive support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for owned accounts, collaborating with the wider packaging team.
- Interpret packaging compliance legislation and provide technical, regulatory, and data support to existing and prospective small producers.
- Ensure accurate and on‑time submissions to the regulator, support invoicing calculators, webinars, and service improvements.
- Drive high‑quality service delivery by monitoring the shared mailbox and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Proactively input into improving the packaging service delivery including customer experience, efficiencies, and new customer resources.

The Person
You will be comfortable and confident in building rapport with customers, communicating over phone, in person, and email. You will have an appetite for learning, quickly absorb new information, interpret guidance, and apply it to scenarios. You must have strong prioritisation, multi‑tasking, time‑management, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You should be prepared to think on your feet and manage a fast‑paced, varied workload. We seek a strong work ethic, organisational and administrative skills, a positive tone, flexibility, resilience to change, and a commitment to grow with the business. A sense of humour is a bonus.
Requirements
- Must be able to work from the office three days a week; living within commuting distance to Skipton is required.
- Previous customer‑facing experience is a plus.
