The role involves delivering Beyondly’s compliance data management service to our customers with a focus on continual improvement and adaptability to changes in legislation. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering Beyondly’s compliance data management services and quarterly plastic tax data management for customers in line with regulatory requirements and deadlines.
- Providing data insights, reporting and technical support to customers and colleagues.
- Conducting audits (both on-site and desktop based) and customer visits, ensuring compliance obligations are met.
- Understanding and interpreting compliance legislation in the context of customers’ business activities.
- Working directly with customers to understand their requirements, compliance obligations and data.
- Maintaining quality and accuracy of data held within internal database.
- Completion of incoming and outgoing supplier requests on behalf of customers, liaising with third parties as required.
- Driving continuous improvement of processes, resources and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills, able to use complex formulae. You will have a logical and methodical approach with an eye for detail and will be confident in handling large data sets. Strong problem solving and creative thinking skills are essential, along with the ability to prioritise, multi-task and manage time effectively. You should be prepared to think on your feet and be able to absorb new information quickly and effectively. A full UK driving licence will be required in order to carry out on site audits and customer visits. We require all members of staff to work from the office 3 days a week, therefore living within commuting distance to Skipton should be considered when applying.
If you have knowledge of Python and databases, or experience using Microsoft Power BI then even better. A wicked sense of humour is a bonus too!
