Stepping Stones NI is recruiting Casual Support Workers to join our team in Lisburn or Newtownards. You will support adults with learning disabilities to participate in meaningful activities across our social enterprises and assist with training and work-based activities.
The role focuses on encouraging practical skills, confidence and independence while maintaining dignity, choice and respect. A caring, patient approach and GCSEs in Maths and English are required.
