We are looking for a creative and motivated Graduate or Junior Marketing Executive to join our Ballymena office during an exciting period of growth. This is a maternity cover role with the potential for a longer-term opportunity for the right candidate.
You'll work closely with our Marketing Manager for the first three months before taking ownership of day-to-day marketing activities, with ongoing support provided throughout.
The Role
This is a hands-on role offering experience across a wide range of marketing activities, including social media, content creation, SEO, email marketing, paid advertising, CRM management, events, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Produce short-form video content and thought leadership content focused on HR and Health & Safety topics.
- Manage monthly email newsletters and marketing automations.
- Create weekly SEO-focused blog content.
- Support and optimise Google Ads and Meta advertising campaigns.
- Research and maintain SME leads within the CRM system.
- Attend and support networking and industry events.
- Produce monthly marketing performance reports.
- Provide general marketing support as required.
Essential Criteria
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience creating content for social media and digital channels.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
- Experience creating short-form video content.
- Experience with Canva and CapCut.
- Exposure to Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- B2B marketing experience.
Role Details
- Salary: Β£26,000
- Ballymena office (hybrid working available)
- First 3 months office-based for training and handover
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am β 5:00pm
- Occasional evening events
- 12 month fixed term contract with possible extension.
