We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic, creative and passionate Therapist / OT / SaLT to join our dedicated and supportive team across Park House School, Tram House School, Sixth Form & Post-19. The role involves supporting autistic children and young adults with complex communication, sensory and learning needs, helping them develop skills, confidence and independence for the future.

The Successful Candidate

  • Relevant Therapy / OT / SaLT degree or professional qualification
  • Registration with the relevant professional body (HCPC / RCOT / MRCSLT where applicable)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong assessment, planning and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of health, education and social care policies relating to autistic children and young people with additional needs
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A creative, flexible and learner-centred approach
  • Passion for supporting autistic learners to achieve meaningful outcomes and opportunities for the future

You will join a supportive staff team where teamwork, flexibility and a positive personality are essential attributes.
