We have a vacancy for an enthusiastic, creative and passionate Speech and Language Therapist (SaLT) to join our dedicated and supportive team across Park House School, Tram House School, Tram House Sixth Form and BeyondAutism Post-19. The role involves supporting autistic children and young adults with complex communication, sensory and learning needs, helping them develop skills, confidence and independence for the future.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:
- A relevant therapy degree or professional qualification
- Registration with the relevant professional body (HCPC / RCSLT)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong assessment, planning and organisational skills
- Knowledge of health, education and social care policies relating to autistic children and young people with additional needs
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A creative, flexible and learner-centred approach
- Passion for supporting autistic learners to achieve meaningful outcomes and opportunities for the future
