This is an exciting opportunity to provide excellent Behaviour Analysis instruction and training to Teaching and Learning Mentors and to deliver the provision’s curriculum. You will support learners, colleagues and the service in order to raise standards of achievement for all learners. Contribute to the development of Teaching and Learning Mentors, learners and service policies and strategies. Utilize advanced knowledge and skills when planning, monitoring, assessing and managing cohorts, encouraging learners to become independent, supporting their welfare, and fostering inclusion in all aspects of adult life.

- A strong team player with great communication skills, who can work under pressure and is passionate and committed to the development of learners across the hubs.
- Willing to learn and work in close collaboration with Therapists, Behaviour Analysts and Qualified Teachers.
