BeyondAutism is seeking a Class Lead to join our middle leadership team. This full-time, permanent role oversees the day-to-day running of an allocated class, ensuring safe, high-quality support for autistic learners in collaboration with education, therapy and behaviour support colleagues.
You will lead and coordinate the class team, deliver education, behaviour support and therapy programmes with fidelity, address barriers to progress, and ensure learners receive individualised support aligned.
