Here, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and continuously improving the training programmes that support our people's development and the wider business. You'll create and facilitate engaging training sessions across a range of topics, act as a trusted advisor and coach to individuals and teams, and use data to measure impact and shape our learning strategy.

Role Responsibilities

  • Conduct dynamic and engaging training workshops, both virtual and in-person, covering soft skills, personal development, and key systems.
  • Create and execute long-term strategies for employee development and organisational growth, ensuring alignment with overall business goals, growth strategies, and future talent needs.
  • Conduct thorough training needs analyses in collaboration with the Regional Business Partners to identify skill and knowledge gaps, and determine training requirements to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Working with the Head of People Ops to deliver targeted coaching and development programs to senior leaders, helping them refine their leadership skills, drive organisational change, and strengthen their impact across the business.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest training trends and methods to create relevant and engaging content for all learners.
  • Ensure a consistent and collaborative approach to training across the organisation by connecting with key stakeholders to understand training needs.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with Google to stay updated on key partner requirements, focussing on Google certifications and specialisms and building creative initiatives to support us achieve targets.
  • Utilise data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of learning initiatives and highlight opportunities for improvement. Develop comprehensive reports and insights to communicate progress to key stakeholders and support informed decision-making.
  • Champion clear communication and seamless user experience, empowering new starters and long term employees to self-serve.
  • Own and maintain the Learning Management System's content, building engaging training and ensuring compliance courses (such as GDPR, health and safety, information security, and others) stay current and consistent across multiple regions.
  • Own and manage the Learning and Development budget, reviewing and approving training budget requests, and understanding business needs before allocating spend.

Essential Experience

  • Extensive experience in learning and development, with a proven record designing, facilitating, and developing training programmes across in-person, virtual, and e-learning formats.
  • A natural coach and mentor, focused on employee growth and career development.
  • A strong communicator with a commercial mindset, comfortable building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Skilled in strategic planning, with a demonstrable ability to align learning initiatives with organisational goals.
  • Experience applying gamification techniques to increase engagement, motivation, and knowledge retention.
  • Comfortable with modern learning technology, including Learning Management Systems, e-learning authoring tools, and collaboration platforms.
  • A proven ability to work autonomously, with strong proactivity and initiative.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience using learning analytics and data to guide decisions.
  • Experience managing complex learning and development projects within a consultancy environment.
  • A coaching or mentoring certification.

Compensation and Financial Wellbeing

  • 13th Month Pay: Equivalent to one month’s base salary, paid every December.
