ABOUT THIS ROLE

Confident and compassionate individuals with lived experience to co-facilitate trauma-aware, socially impactful programmes.

WHAT YOU\’LL DO

  • Co-deliver workshops and talks
  • Share lived experience purposefully
  • Create trauma-aware, inclusive learning environments
  • Support group discussions and wellbeing
  • Maintain safeguarding and confidentiality
  • Attend training and debriefs

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

People with lived experience (care, justice, trauma recovery, systemic disadvantage); Confident communicators; Must hold or be willing to obtain Enhanced DBS; Emotionally resilient; Understand safeguarding; Team-oriented and reliable.

SAFEGUARDING & SUPPORT

Enhanced DBS required; Safeguarding training provided; Wellbeing support and debriefs built into delivery; Safe, reflective practice prioritised.

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN
