Are you a Senior Immersive Producer or Senior Digital Producer with strong client management experience looking to join a well-known consultancy? This Global consultancy has a strong internal digital & creative agency that works on a range of highly creative and innovative projects across the globe. Working within their integrated agency, you will be working with clients on exciting projects across web development, AR, Real-time/visualisation, immersive and interactive experiences. This is a permanent, full-time role with a salary of circa Β£50k DOE. This role is based in London with travel to Epson (once every other week), plus a very good benefits package.

They work on a range of incredible and very interesting projects, providing innovative engineering solutions. The role: As Senior Immersive Producer / Digital Immersive Producer / Digital Account Manager you will be a main point of contact for your client, working with them on digital strategy and managing this with the creative and project management team. You will have strong knowledge in UX/UI, AR, immersive and interactive experiences as well as the Real-time/visualisation space and web development. You donβt need to know how to do the do, just what it all means. You will be a natural communicator who loves to build relationships, work on digital strategies and always look for ways to improve and problems to solve. You will have a strong technical understanding and be able to work with engineers, digital and creative teams and clients.
About you:
- Experience working in a senior digital role in a creative, events or integrated agency.
- Either in a hands-on digital producer role or a client services role.
- If you are a hands-on producer, you will need strong passion for clients and client management experience such as leading meetings.
- Strong experience in working with clients, building and nurturing relationships.
- Always looking for opportunities, whether to upsell and grow accounts or find new solutions to your clients' problems.
- Experience in the AR / Real-time / Visualisation / immersive and interactive experiences space.
- Able to work with creative teams and project managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
- Experience in analysing client campaigns, looking at performance and using insights to make recommendations to improve.
- Supporting marketing strategy for Creative Design.
- Understanding of digital process, including discovery and UX.
- You will be a team player, curious and love to bring fresh ideas.
- A strong passion for the digital and innovation space, keeping up to date with the latest developments and what it all means for clients and projects.
