I am looking for a Proposition Marketing Manager to join the B2B Marketing team of a brilliant UK brand. The role is hybrid, based at home for 4 days and at the Worcestershire office 1 day per week (or more if you wish). The salary package is up to £47k as a mix of base salary and car allowance. The role also comes with some other fabulous benefits including bonus scheme, retail discounts, life assurance and more.

The Role

As Proposition Marketing Manager, you will help to define the value propositions to drive growth in line with business objectives, being responsible for proposition development from cradle to grave. This role involves strategic and commercial thinking to ensure B2B propositions are constantly redefined and adapted. You will be an exceptional relationship manager and be able to successfully manage internal and external stakeholders.

You will have an excellent ability to understand market conditions and the needs of target customers and be able to develop product propositions and services to adapt to developments. Your commercial and analytical mindset will allow you to analyse the performance of propositions and understand how they can be improved and develop ideas for growth.

About You

  • Experience within Proposition Marketing or Strategy
  • B2B experience is a nice to have, but not necessary
  • Experience of working on end to end product and proposition development
  • Excellent project manager of multi-functional projects
  • Analytical thinker, skilled a identifying customer needs
  • Commercial and strategic mindset
  • Ability to influence and challenge where needed
