I’m working with an outstanding global integrated agency who are looking for a Project Director with a passion for delivering stand-out marketing/advertising campaign projects. This role is predominantly looking after one key brand within a restricted category. This is a permanent, hybrid role based in Solihull (3 days per week on site) offering a salary of up to £55k, 28 days holiday, enhanced pension contributions, occasional flexible hours around core hours of 10am-4pm, life assurance, tailored learning and development programmes and much more.

The Role
As Project Director, you’ll be responsible for ensuring that we deliver brilliant multi-channel campaign projects on time and on budget whilst maintaining a first-class client experience. You’ll be of a delivery focussed mindset, always looking for ways for us to improve and become more efficient. You will also work well collaboratively with other departments and teams (client services, strategy and creative) cross-functionally and be a genuine problem solver.
About You
- Brilliant integrated marketing experience with an ability to deliver projects that work across all touch points
- Experience in leading complex marketing projects
- Ideally recent agency experience but may consider in-house as well
- Ability to manage the needs of multiple stakeholders
- Experience with managing robust timing plans, forecasting resource requirements and managing budgets
- Ability to juggle lots of plates and work to deadlines
- Ideally experience with global clients and restricted category experience is an advantage
