I am delighted to be partnering with an amazing integrated events production agency in Wiltshire, looking to grow the team with an Event Project Manager. If you have experience in managing events, brilliant project management skills and have previous agency experience, then this could be the role for you. This is a full-time permanent role with a salary of £33k-£36k (DOE and a small amount of flex). The role is on-site 3 days per week. Please note that you need to drive for this role. The Company An amazing and modern events production company in Wiltshire that manages both virtual and live events, providing an end-to-end service for some incredibly well-known businesses across the UK. With over 25 years’ event production experience and their own in-house set design and build team, as well as their own LED studio, they have all the tools to provide a comprehensive service to their clients. They are driven on creating a narrative for every client they work with and bring brands to life using inventive and creative content. Housed in a large open-plan office space, with everything you need in one place (they even have an onsite gym!), it is a fantastic, buzzy and social atmosphere to be a part of. They encourage collaboration, and pride themselves on being approachable with everyone chipping in to support the end goal in providing an unrivalled experience to their clients. The Role As an Events Project Manager, your goal will be to ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard, meeting and exceeding your clients\’ expectations. You will be a strong Project Manager with experience working in the events industry. You will enjoy being involved in the development and delivery of events and love to work collaboratively with different technical production and studio teams. You will be a true ‘team-player’ and love to see event experiences brought to life. You will be used to working in a small team where everyone gets stuck in. You will be a passionate, keen and driven individual who is highly organized and experienced in communicating with clients every step of the way. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience managing live events from start to finish and will be in a role where you are client-facing and managing events from start to finish Be in a role where you are managing your own event portfolio, being the main point of contact with your clients and enjoy taking a brief and advising clients, feeding into creative ideation Experience in managing budgets, even just on smaller to medium events, and able to manage financial reconciliation post-event Be experienced in working with a range of stakeholders from clients, delegates, suppliers and speakers and be able to work with different people Experience in supplier negotiations would be a bonus A creative mind and willing to put forward events Experience in managing events such as conferences, awards events will be a bonus Strong skills in managing logistics for all kinds of events and able to work on multiple projects at the same time, you enjoy the juggle!
