Content Producer (Part-Time, Remote, 9-Month FTC, £39 – £44k pro rata)
Our client, a purpose-driven occupational charity, is seeking a creative and skilled Content Producer to join their team on a part-time (3 days), fixed-term (9 months) basis. This fully remote role (must reside within UK) offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact by producing compelling content that supports the wellbeing of their membership community. Salary accounts for this being a contract role, and has been set within £39 – £44k, pro rata to 3 days per week on a salaried basis. This role is due to start Mid-August.

They are based in Warwickshire, and house a Marketing and Content team, all working together to increase reach, engagement and awareness of the charity.
About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for covering Maternity leave – developing and delivering high-quality, advice-led digital content across a range of formats and platforms to increasing reach, engagement, and awareness of our client’s support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce engaging multimedia content, mainly for Web, Social Media and Intranet, using skills in graphic design, motion graphics and basic video editing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create audience-specific content that aligns with the brand.
- Improve website user experience by repurposing and optimising existing content.
- Manage the YouTube channel and ensure all video assets are optimised for SEO.
- Uphold brand consistency and visual standards across all content outputs.
About you:
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Experience producing short-form content for social media and digital platforms.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and content marketing strategies.
- Excellent organisational and project management skills.
- UK resident to enable ad hoc on-site visits
Desirable:
- A degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Familiarity with content optimisation, analytics, and user engagement techniques.
