Beyond Talent are delighted to be working with a well-established and growing Accountancy Practice who are looking to recruit an Assistant Accountant to join their friendly and supportive team based in Retford. This is an excellent opportunity for an AAT qualified accountant or someone part-qualified through ACA or ACCA, looking to develop their career within practice and gain exposure to a varied portfolio of clients.
Profile & Requirements
- AAT qualified or part-qualified ACA/ACCA.
- Previous experience within an accountancy practice is desirable.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Experience using accounting software would be beneficial.
- Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients.
- A proactive approach with a genuine desire to learn and progress within accountancy.
The successful candidate will work alongside an experienced team, supporting a varied portfolio of clients and gaining exposure to accounts preparation, management accounts, VAT returns, bookkeeping and general accountancy services.
