We're recruiting for an exciting field-based opportunity within the property sector.
This role would suit an ambitious, commercially minded sales professional who enjoys meeting people, building long-term relationships and creating opportunities from scratch.
This isn't a role where you'll be micromanaged.
You'll have full ownership of your area, the autonomy to develop it as you see fit, and the backing of a successful and growing business that will provide the support you need to succeed,
The Opportunity
You'll be responsible for developing business across either South Yorkshire or the Nottinghamshire / Derbyshire region, identifying new opportunities, building professional networks and generating property instructions.
Working closely with a supportive wider team, you'll take the lead in growing market share, increasing brand awareness and becoming the go-to contact within your territory.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Developing and executing a growth strategy for your territory
- Building relationships with property professionals, solicitors, agents, investors and other referral partners
- Generating new business opportunities through networking, prospecting and relationship building
- Conducting property appraisals and client meetings
- Managing enquiries and guiding clients through the process
- Raising brand awareness through local networking, events and marketing activity
- Creating engaging marketing content, including video walkthroughs where appropriate
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience throughout the client journey
What We're Looking For
- Proven success in a field sales, business development or property-related role
- Strong cold business development and lead conversion experience
- Confident building relationships at all levels
- A natural networker who enjoys being visible within the local business community
- Commercially minded with a proactive, entrepreneurial approach
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Knowledge of the local property market would be advantageous
- Full UK driving licence
