We’re working with a well-established and highly regarded firm based in Leicester who are looking to bring a Graduate Tax Assistant into their growing tax team. What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting senior members of the tax team with personal and corporation tax returns
- P11D returns and benefits reporting
- Assisting with tax compliance for a varied client base, including sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
- Responding to client queries and liaising with HMRC under guidance
- Getting involved in tax planning and advisory work as you develop
- Helping ensure deadlines are met and work is completed accurately
What we’re looking for:
- A recent graduate (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or similar
- A genuine interest in tax and professional services
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
