Beyond Talent Solutions are proud to be supporting a growing and professional business as they look to appoint an Office Co-ordinator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the centre of a busy office environment, takes pride in keeping things organised, and enjoys delivering a first-class experience for both clients and colleagues. This is a varied role where you’ll play a key part in the smooth day-to-day running of the office, supporting front of house, office organisation, client onboarding and wider business support activities.

The Role

You’ll be a central point of contact across the business, helping ensure the office runs smoothly while creating a welcoming and professional environment for clients, visitors and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors, clients and incoming enquiries, ensuring a professional and welcoming front of house experience
  • Coordinating the smooth day-to-day running of the office, including meeting room management, office organisation and maintaining office supplies
  • Supporting directors and senior stakeholders with diary management where required
  • Organising meetings, external venues and team events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and is well coordinated
  • Supporting client onboarding activities, including AML checks, gathering clearance information and updating CRM systems
  • Assisting with onboarding administration to ensure a smooth and professional client journey
  • Supporting compliance and authorisation processes across VAT, Corporation Tax and PAYE requirements
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring processes are completed in line with company and regulatory standards
  • Providing wider office administration and business support where required
