Beyond Talent Solutions is supporting an established Leicester based legal firm in the recruitment of a Junior Legal Cashier to join their finance team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a finance candidate who is looking for a long term role within a well established organisation, where they can take ownership of their workload and play an important role in supporting the firm's day to day finance operations.
The Role
- Working as part of a supportive and professional finance team, you will be responsible for a varied range of legal cashiering duties, including:
- Processing client and office account transactions
- Completing bank reconciliations and account balancing
- Processing payments, receipts and cash allocations
- Supporting billing and month end processes
- Handling finance and cashiering queries
- Investigating and resolving discrepancies
- Maintaining accurate and up to date financial records
- Ensuring compliance with SRA Accounts Rules and internal procedures
- Providing wider finance support as required

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- The ability to manage a busy workload and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
- The confidence to work independently and with minimal supervision
- You’ll be someone who is reliable, proactive and able to make a positive contribution within an established finance team.
