Beyond Talent Solutions are delighted to be supporting a Rotherham-based organisation with the appointment of a Part Time Receptionist / Administrator on a 3 month fixed term contract basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being at the heart of a busy office environment, providing a warm welcome to visitors whilst keeping day‑to‑day operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in the administrative team, supporting both front‑of‑house reception duties and wider admin support across the business. This is a varied position, ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and being the go‑to person for getting things done.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing reception, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
- Handling incoming calls, emails, and post
- Meeting and greeting visitors, managing sign‑in and building access
- Supporting meeting room bookings and set‑up (including basic tech support)
- Maintaining diaries and coordinating room usage via Outlook
- Ordering office supplies and managing stock levels
- Providing general administrative support across teams
- Assisting with document preparation, scanning, and filing
- Supporting internal systems and data entry
- Helping with event organisation and meeting coordination
- Providing cover for administrative colleagues where needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or reception role
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
