Fee Administrator Leads Hybrid Full-time Permanent Beyond Talent is currently supporting a well-establishedprofessional services organisation in Leeds who are looking toappoint a Fee Administrator to join their team on a hybrid basis.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous finance, accounts or administration experience who is highly organised, confident working with data and has excellent attention todetail.

Working as part of a wider team, you'll be responsible formaintaining accurate pricing and billing information, handlingqueries and supporting a number of processes to ensure clientinformation is correctly recorded and maintained.

The role

  • Maintain and update client pricing, discounts and agreedbilling arrangements
  • Ensure information is accurately recorded across internalsystems
  • Review existing rates and identify any discrepancies orinformation requiring further investigation
  • Support the implementation of annual pricing updates
  • Manage incoming queries through a shared mailbox and ensurethese are dealt with within agreed timescales
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve pricing, billing andsystem-related queries
  • Provide accurate information and supporting documentation fordiscount and pricing requests
  • Assist with the administration of client andemployee/timekeeper records
  • Complete regular data checks to ensure information remainsaccurate and up to date
  • Monitor workloads and agreed service levels, escalating anyissues where necessary
  • Produce updates and information for senior members of the team

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience within a finance, accounts, billing oradministration environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Strong data entry and administration skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competingpriorities
  • Comfortable working to deadlines and agreed targets
  • A proactive approach with the confidence to investigate andresolve issues
  • Able to work independently while also contributing effectivelyas part of a team
  • Experience within a professional services, shared service ormulti-currency environment would be advantageous but isn'tessential
