Beyond Talent Solutions are delighted to be supporting an established, values-led not for profit organisation in the appointment of a Part Time Finance Manager to join their fantastic team. This is a genuinely interesting role in a purpose-driven environment, with a mix of commercial activity and grant-funded income. The organisation is going through a period of growth and development, with strong external stakeholder engagement and increasing focus on robust financial reporting and planning. You’ll be working closely with senior leadership, taking ownership of the finance function, and helping shape financial processes moving forward.
The Role
You’ll lead the day-to-day finance function, overseeing one team member and external providers (payroll, HR, etc.). This is a hands-on role but with a strong strategic element - ideal for someone who can balance doing the detail with stepping back to support wider organisational decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Full responsibility for financial management, reporting, and control
- Production of: Monthly management accounts
- Budgets and reforecasts
- Rolling cashflow forecasts
- Preparing financial reports for senior leadership, trustees, and external stakeholders
- Supporting annual reporting requirements (including charity/statutory submissions)
- Ownership of tax compliance and other regulatory obligations
