You'll serve as a key design lead within delivery teams, driving creative quality, technical feasibility, and seamless developer handoff. Because we thrive on continuous improvement and collaboration, your work will directly define how millions of sports fans interact with digital touchpoints worldwide.

- Champion continuous design quality and offer constructive feedback to elevate the wider design team
- Drive strong, proactive collaboration across creative, product, engineering, and data teams
Your Background
You don't need to tick every box, but we're generally looking for:
- Minimum 5+ years of commercial product design experience (agency, high-growth tech, or digital sports media)
- A standout portfolio demonstrating complex end-to-end product design, scalable systems, and polished UI/UX for iOS, Android, and responsive web

- Proven experience working directly with engineering squads to guide successful design handoff and QA implementation
- Methodical approach to work management with high attention to detail and quality control
- Comfortable leading design initiatives and collaborating in an English-speaking environment
Nice to Have (But Not Required)
- Deep domain knowledge of world sports, live match platforms, sports betting, or real-time data visualization
