We’re looking for a Frontend Engineer who’s passionate about building fast, beautiful, and accessible user experiences across web and native platforms. You’ll work with rich data sources, modern frontend technologies, and a collaborative team that values learning, sharing, and high-quality craftsmanship. What you’ll be doing:
- Build high-quality, responsive frontend solutions that are scalable, maintainable, and easy for others to extend.
- Create custom UI experiences that engage and delight sports fans.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and engineers to deliver the best possible solutions.
- Integrate APIs and third-party services (including video providers).
- Manage and deploy code to internal environments (Dev, Test).
- Track progress and communicate clearly with the wider project team.
- Take pride in the details—performance, accessibility, and polish matter here.
- Continuously develop your skills and share knowledge across the team.
What we’re looking for:
- You have expert knowledge of: HTML & CSS.
- You’re comfortable with: SASS, React, Git and code management, JSON data structures, Jira for task and ticket management, documenting frontend solutions and code, working with APIs (GET/POST), integrating third-party libraries and applications, NPM and Bower dependency management, ES6, web performance optimisation, web accessibility standards, Gulp workflow setup.
